OSA-2022-12 Perl Code execution in Template Toolkit (CVE-2022-39051)

PROBLEM:
Attacker might be able to execute malicious Perl code in the Template toolkit, by having the admin installing an unverified 3th party package
This issue was seen during production usage.
This issue has been assigned CVE-2022-39051.
SOLUTION:
Update to
OTRS 8.0.25
OTRS 7.0.37.
