It’s good to know that becoming certified with ISO 27001 helps us identify risks and protect our data. Not long ago, my aunt suffered from a cyber attack that damaged her reputation, so I think she’d really benefit from reading your article. Hi Slin,
The interesting thing about the survey and the insights were that there is an expectation that there is one “unique possible way to go.” It appears that most people think that starting the digital transformation process offers only one single path to follow with no deviation ever and a single goal of success. People tend to feel insecure and irritated when they find out that this change process also means trying, failing and trying again; this is natural and not a mistake at all.

Hi Annett,
Only in combination with the feature add-on, as described it the blog, but not with the default time units. You may want to acquire consulting from OTRS AG and attend an administrator training.

Do you have a how to for creating ACLs so that I can require time tracking for only the Telecom queue?

Make the field for recording time units mandatory everywhere it should be used. (i.e. AgentTicketPhone). Optionally, you could use an access control list to show the field only when necessary.
